United Global Shipping Agency (UGSA) is a shipping and logistics company which started its main office in Shanghai, China in 2014. UGSA established by a joint venture between Saba Shipping and Alfaseel Shipping to create a new company with one goal of connecting the global shipping market. The company main goal is to create a shipping agency network and connect this network to the global ship owners. Using this business plan, UGSA will gain competitive advantage in the global shipping and logistics market. In addition, UGSA has strong connections with a global network of shipping agents which will allow it to get special rate to serve the global ship owners.
